Getting parents and the community involved in the education of children is vital to the success of our students. I am committed to getting parents invovled in my classroom by having an open-door policy, as well as frequently inviting parents to participate in classroom activities. I believe that all parents should be invited to attend a parent conference at various times during the school year. I believe that communication with parents through newsletters and/or agendas on a weekly basis is vitally important to the education of the children.
