Over the course of my 10 years of experience and continuing development as a teacher I have had training in all of the above approaches to education. I personally have concluded that none of these approaches is the perfect approach. I believe that I have gleaned something useful and meaningful from each of these approaches. No one approach to teaching works for all students, therefore we must pick and choose carefully what works for most students through the use of all educational approaches.
